KashmirRoute operates primarily through digital communication channels.
After you confirm your booking and payment, all relevant travel documents are delivered electronically via:
Email – Booking confirmation, invoices, and e-vouchers
WhatsApp or SMS – Quick updates or booking status (if opted in)
KashmirRoute Account/Portal – In some cases, downloadable itineraries or receipts may be available through your online account
No physical shipping or courier delivery is required for our services.
Once your booking is successfully confirmed:
Instant Confirmation: For most tours, confirmation emails are sent immediately after payment.
Customized Packages: If you’ve requested a tailor-made itinerary, documents may take 24–48 hours to prepare and deliver.
Hotel or Flight Bookings: Tickets and vouchers are generally delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
If you do not receive your documents within the expected time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
Please ensure that the email address and contact number provided at the time of booking are accurate.
KashmirRoute will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer.
All booking-related documents are considered successfully “delivered” once they are sent to the registered email ID or WhatsApp number provided during booking.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check and acknowledge receipt of these documents.
In case of email delivery failure or server issues, our support team will resend the documents manually.
If you still face issues, please contact us immediately so we can verify and reissue your booking details.

In exceptional cases (for example, where printed materials, brochures, or merchandise are requested), shipping may be arranged through a reliable courier service.
Applicable delivery charges and estimated timelines will be communicated before dispatch.
